SHE BUILDS SYSTEMS.
SHE HOLDS SPACE.
Georgina Dukes-Harris has spent her career asking what happens to people when the systems designed to care for them cannot see the care they actually trust.
That question has taken her from hospitals and Medicaid infrastructure to technology, community care, ministry, and the founding of Swishvo.
But the work has never been only professional. It is personal.

THE WORK CHANGED.
THE QUESTION DIDN'T.
Long before Georgina built technology, she was paying attention to the spaces between people and systems.
Who gets heard.
Who gets believed.
Who gets paid.
Who gets left carrying the work.
Who gets to be whole.
Across healthcare, public programs, technology, community work, and ministry, the setting has changed. The question underneath it has not.
What would we build differently if we treated people as whole?
FOUR CHAPTERS.
ONE THROUGHLINE.
Not a résumé. A trajectory. How a career in healthcare turned into a founder building the plumbing the field never got around to.
Georgina began inside healthcare itself, learning how care moves through hospitals, health systems, and the public programs responsible for delivering it. That first decade taught her how decisions made far from the bedside quietly shape who gets seen, who gets billed, and who gets left behind.
MAKING TRUSTED CARE
VISIBLE TO THE SYSTEM.
Georgina founded Swishvo after seeing the same contradiction from multiple sides of healthcare. Some of the providers closest to people and communities were often the furthest from the infrastructure that determines who gets paid.
Swishvo is her attempt to change that. The company is building healthcare infrastructure for relational, holistic, and community-rooted care, helping providers navigate credentialing, documentation, billing, and reimbursement.
This is not presented as charity. It is infrastructure.

THREE PRINCIPLES.
- 01
BUILD THE PEOPLE
WHO BUILD THE THING.Leadership is not measured only by what a team produces. The work is also to help people become more capable, more confident, and more powerful than they were when they arrived.
- 02
MAKE ROOM
FOR THE WHOLE PERSON.She does not believe people should have to amputate parts of themselves to belong in serious rooms. Family, faith, culture, grief, joy, ambition, and rest are not distractions from meaningful work. They are part of being human.
- 03
TELL THE TRUTH
ABOUT THE SYSTEM. BUILD ALTERNATIVES.She is willing to name what is not working, especially when the people carrying the consequences have the least power to change it. Her instinct is not simply to critique broken systems. It is to build alternatives.

A LIFE DOESN'T HAVE
TO FIT IN ONE BOX.
Georgina spent years learning how to succeed in rooms that rewarded credentials, performance, and certainty. She is still ambitious. But her definition of success has gotten bigger.
She wants to build a consequential company and be present for the people she loves. She wants to stand on major stages and still have a life that belongs to her when the microphone is gone. She wants to lead boldly without losing tenderness. She wants faith to shape how she moves through the world without requiring every room she enters to believe exactly what she believes.
She is interested in what happens when we stop dividing ourselves into acceptable pieces.
THE LIFE IS WHOLE.
And the work should make room for it.
SHE IS STILL
BECOMING.
The next chapter is still being written. Georgina is building Swishvo, developing her public voice, continuing her spiritual formation, writing, speaking, and exploring a larger question that sits underneath all of it.
What becomes possible when people are given the infrastructure, community, and permission to become whole?
She intends to spend the next chapter finding out.
